DONKEEGRAM

Donkeegram Privacy

Effective September 18, 2026

Donkeegram is operated by Harish Muralimohan, a sole proprietor in San Francisco, California, United States. This policy covers Donkeegram and the optional SMS Journey & Delivery Updates program.

What we collect

We store sender and recipient names, the contact information entered for the selected channel, text or photo content and captions, and journey activity such as choices, messages, ETA, and delivery state. Private access links identify the journey and role. Your browser stores journey information so you can return to it.

For SMS, we store the normalized mobile number, consent status, the time of the choice, and the version and wording of the consent shown. We also retain records of web opt-outs or authenticated STOP requests. We do not treat a sender entering a number as recipient consent.

How we use it

We use this information to run your journey, display and deliver its content, save your choices, prevent abuse, support you, and honour messaging preferences. Delivery records track queue state, provider identifiers, and delivery outcomes. A hashed network address may be used to limit abusive creation requests. Hosting and delivery providers may process network and security logs.

Mobile and consent data

We do not sell, rent, transfer, or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is specific to Donkeegram and cannot be sold, rented, transferred, or used to authorize messages from another sender.

We use service providers only as needed to host and operate Donkeegram, send requested messages, provide support, and protect the service. When enabled, Twilio and communications carriers process the number and message to deliver SMS; the email provider processes email deliveries. This operational processing does not authorise their own marketing use of your mobile opt-in data. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect rights and security.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Your choices and access

SMS is optional and separate from other terms. A recipient confirms their number and checks an unchecked SMS box on the web before texts are allowed. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You may also use the web stop link in SMS preferences or email gerald@donkeegram.com. Opting out does not remove access to the web journey or change email delivery.

Anyone holding a private journey link can access the corresponding experience. Keep those links private. You can save an optional SMS choice through our public SMS preferences page. We record the mobile number, consent timestamp, disclosure wording, version, and web-checkbox source. Saving consent does not send a text while SMS is disabled.

Retention and requests

Donkeegram retains journey and delivery records; it does not currently promise automatic deletion after a fixed period. Consent and opt-out evidence is retained to honour preferences and document requests. Contact gerald@donkeegram.com to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your request and retain limited records to respect opt-outs, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.

For program details, see the Terms. Changes to this policy do not grant SMS consent.
