Donkeegram Terms
Effective September 18, 2026
Donkeegram is operated by Harish Muralimohan, a sole proprietor in San Francisco, California, United States. Donkeegram carries a sender’s text or photo and caption through a shared journey with Gerald. These terms describe use of Donkeegram and the optional Donkeegram SMS Journey & Delivery Updates program.
Using Donkeegram
Send only content you have permission to share, to people you know. Do not use the service for spam, harassment, unlawful content, or unsolicited commercial messaging. Do not enter someone else’s number as your own or consent on their behalf. Private journey links grant access to their holder; share them only with the intended person.
Journey times are estimates, and the service may be interrupted or changed. Donkeegram is not an emergency or time-critical communication service. Senders are responsible for their content and recipient information.
Optional SMS updates
The program sends transactional, user-requested invitations, journey status, ETA changes, and delivery/arrival notices. It does not send marketing texts. Entering a recipient number does not enrol them. The recipient must confirm their own number and check the separate, initially unchecked SMS consent box on the SMS preferences page.
Consent applies to this number for this and future Donkeegrams until revoked. It is not a condition of purchase or of using the web experience or available email delivery. You can continue without SMS. SMS sending is currently disabled pending carrier approval. A saved consent choice does not mean a text has been sent.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. When SMS is activated, an enrolment confirmation precedes journey messages. Delivery depends on the network, recipient device, and provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. You can also stop texts through the web stop link in SMS preferences. After opting out, no further journey texts will be sent; the messaging provider may send one opt-out confirmation. Messages already handed to the carrier may still arrive. START alone does not restore Donkeegram consent.
For support, SMS preferences, or privacy requests, contact gerald@donkeegram.com. To stop texts by email, include the relevant mobile number with country code; do not send passwords or private journey keys.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains data use and mobile consent protection. Changes to these terms do not enrol anyone in SMS or broaden existing consent. View the SMS preferences.
